PRETUL CHAR
Due to the location (900 m above sea level), the water supply and the water temperature (never above 12 °C) we have decided to produce exclusively char in our fish farm.
In the meantime we have specialized in the brook char (Salvelinus fontinalis), because it is the best local fish for us due to its appearance, taste and consistency.
Moreover, the brook char (besides the brown trout) is also naturally found in the Pretulbach, which flows by.
The chars in our fish farm are hatched and raised exclusively at our facility.
We are also very happy to fillet and smoke for you or with you!

The fish farm (ex farm sales) is open all year round, please contact us by phone (0664/8490029).
Smoked char are usually in stock. Fresh fish (whole or filleted) are only available on advance order. Every Wednesday our products are also available in the NaturGut Mürz farm store at the Stadtwerke in Mürzzuschlag, Wiener Straße 3. The fish restaurant is only open for registered guests!
