Ingeringsee
GaalThis idyllic mountain lake in the Gaal is situated at 1,200 m. Surrounded by the Seckau Alps, it is a popular excursion destination in the region Murtal.
This beautiful mountain lake in the Gaal invites you to visit and stay. No matter if you want to walk around the lake (approx. 45 minutes) or if you want to use it as a starting point for long walks. The Ingeringsee offers many possibilities for every visitor to find peace and quiet. Also the Klementikapelle, built in 2015, can be visited. Access to the lake is possible by car.
At first along an asphalt road, just before the lake a gravel road starts, which you can follow further on to the car park. In winter there is a winter closure. You can still go on a winter or snowshoe hike to the Ingeringsee (approx. 1 hour)
