The Schroeder family lovingly produces hand-picked herbal products from their own garden. Herbal educator Sven Schroeder leads individuals and groups through the garden and shows valuable things from the world of herbs. Various workshops and seminars can be held here or by the Schroeder family. There is also a farm shop where the many Almenland herb specialties can be bought.

The exciting and slowly growing garden of the Schroeder family is open to interested guests to visit. The boss, Sven Schroeder, is a trained herbalist and is happy to pass on his knowledge in his nature workshop for biodiversity:

In the period from mid-May to the end of October, guests and groups can visit the small but fine show garden and the herb workshop in the form of a guided tour. Here the guests learn everything about the origins of the herb workshop. Furthermore, the many numerous herbs can be "sniffed" and tasted. In the Schroeder family's farm shop, you can get everything from A to Z that has to do with herbs. Salts, spices, teas, herbal bags, juices and much more can be bought here. The destination is right on the Tischlein-Deck-Dich bike tour and offers cyclists a refreshing stop, because there is a delicious "bike bar" at the hotel.
