When a father and son farm their own land, raise pigs, run a bakery and an inn, it can only be good for the guest. Siegmar and Siegbert Reiß are innkeepers with a passion and run a farm in Purgstall. With dedication, the two not only process the whole animal, but also sow and harvest the feed for their pigs themselves. The duo also bakes the bread in their own farm bakery. All products come together in the guest room: from Brettljause (snacks) to slaughter platters to down-to-earth inn cuisine.
