Mountain bike tour past the Lenzbauern- to the Seidenhofalm and via Kainisch along the Traun back to Bad Aussee and further to the Grundlsee.

Turn right at the parking lot and immediately left at the first intersection in the direction of Pichl-Kainisch. At the Radlingpass, first descend a short distance and then immediately turn left onto the gravel road. Pass the Lenzbauernalm, Berger-Halt and Tal-Alm, steadily uphill to the Seidenhofalm at the foot of the Kampl.
Return initially the same way to Radlingstraße, turn left and follow the asphalt road to Kainisch. After the railroad crossing, turn right onto the bike path to Bad Aussee and ride along the Kainischtraun River to the Schützenhaus in Bad Aussee. Turn right over the bridge and then left into Sießreithstraße. At the soccer stadium turn right and follow the road to the center of Bad Aussee and further in the direction of Grundlsee. After the cemetery on the bike and hiking trail along the Grundlseer Traun back to the starting point.
Combines the mountain bike tour with summit climb and panoramic views of the Grimming. From the Seidenhofalm it is still about 30 minutes walk to the summit of the Kampl.
