  • After a winding ride up the mountain, we reach the plateau and enjoy the magnificent view of the Pöllau Valley. Continue left to the main square of Pöllauberg and the Maria Pöllauberg pilgrimage church. After a short visit to the parish church, we head back out of the town center to the plateau.
  • Now we turn left down the mountain. We pass old deer pear trees and shady forests.
  • After the turn-off to Kalvarienberg, we take the next exit on the left past Gasthof Kerschhofer back to the hotel.
  • After a small ascent we reach the hotel.
Don't forget to take candle money with you! A visit with a short prayer and a look behind the altar to the second Madonna is worthwhile.
