On this mountain bike tour we are always accompanied by the sound of a stream.

All efforts are made up for by the picturesque landscape. The mountain bike tour initially takes you on side roads or through forest sections. In between you can always see the main road.

By car from GermanyFrom Munich via the A8 towards Salzburg. From Salzburg on the A10 Tauernautobahn to St. Michael im Lungau. On the B 96 to Tamsweg, then on the B 95 to Predlitz. The B 97 leads via Stadl/Mur to Murau. There at the roundabout towards St. Lambrecht to Murauer train station and further towards St. Lambrecht. Just before St. Lambrecht turn right - towards Auerlingsee.

Arrival from Eastern Austria/HungaryAt the motorway junction in St. Michael near Leoben, take the S 36 towards Klagenfurt. Past Knittelfeld and Judenburg to Scheifling. In Scheifling continue towards Klagenfurt to Neumarkt, via Unzmarkt and Perchau am Sattel you reach Neumarkt. When you arrive in Neumarkt, turn right at the first intersection. Continue towards Mariahof. In Mariahof to St. Lambrecht - continue through St. Blase - you reach St. Lambrecht - you drive through St. Lambrecht and turn left towards Auerlingsee a few meters after the town sign.

Arrival from southern Austria/ItalyVia Klagenfurt on the S 37 past St. Veit/Glan, Treibach and Friesach. In Friesach continue towards Vienna, via Dürnstein and Wildbad to Neumarkt. In Neumarkt stay on the main street until you turn left to Mariahof. Continue towards Mariahof - then left towards St. Lambrecht. Continue through St. Blase - you reach St. Lambrecht - you drive through St. Lambrecht and turn left towards Auerlingsee a few meters after the town sign.

You start at Auerlingsee and drive straight ahead to St. Lambrecht. Once there, we continue to follow the signs “MU 1”. This path leads past St. Lambrecht and St. Blase. After St. Blase you keep left and climb up to Lessach. The way back is on the same route.
